
The Warm Homes: Local Grant (WHLG) scheme aims to improve the warmth and comfort of homes with energy efficiency improvements. West Midlands Combined Authority is working with Act on Energy to deliver this grant through the local councils.

The Warm Homes: Local Grant awards funding to Local Authorities to help them upgrade energy inefficient homes of low-income households in their local area. Its focus is on improving the most poorly insulated owner occupier and private rented homes with energy efficiency installations including low carbon heating.
Please note that this scheme has limited availability per year.
If funding runs out for this year, then your application will be put forward to the next year.

The energy efficiency improvement(s) will be carried out by a reputable Trustmark registered contractor.
