This scheme supports Worcestershire residents whose heating systems have stopped working or developed a fault, and who cannot afford the necessary repairs or replacement because of a sudden financial shock or low household income.

Worcestershire
Residents may qualify if all apply:
Please see the evidence section below for the evidence required in support of your application.
We may be able to fully fund or partially fund, up to a total of £5,000, the repair or replacement of your faulty heating system. Please note, we are unable to help if your heating system is old or inefficient but still in working condition.
We will send you an application form. This must be completed in full, including a wet signature, and returned to us with your supporting evidence.
We will run a Land Registry check to confirm you are the registered owner of the property. If you are not, you must provide official evidence to confirm that you have responsibility to repair or replace the heating system.
To allow us to calculate your income, the last 3 months' full bank statements must be provided for all adult occupants.
If you do not meet the income criteria, but have recently had a sudden financial shock, we will also require you to provide evidence in support of this.
If you need additional support with providing this evidence, please email us at WorcsCRF@actonenergy.org.uk or call us on 0800 988 2881. We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.
