As part of the new Crisis Resilience Fund, launched by the Government from April 2026, dedicated assistance is available for low-income households who rely on heating oil or LPG and are at risk of running out due to increased costs.

Worcestershire
Residents may qualify if all apply:
Please see the evidence section below for the evidence required in support of your application.
A £300 one-off payment will be made as a contribution towards the cost of an oil or LPG delivery. The payment will be made directly to your supplier. You must be able to pay the difference between the award value (£300) and the cost of the heating oil or LPG, including delivery.
Multiple or repeat applications from the same household will not be accepted.
We will run additional checks to confirm that your home is heated by Oil/LPG.
You must also provide evidence of your supplier – this could be your most recent bill or invoice, or another form of correspondence from your supplier.
If you are not on means-tested benefits, evidence of your income must be supplied. To allow us to calculate your income, 3 months full bank statements must be provided for all adult occupants.
