Solihull Council’s Healthy Homes Scheme seeks to deliver energy upgrades to homes in the area, helping to make them warmer, more comfortable, prevent damp and mould and improve the indoor air quality. Act on Energy, University of Birmingham and Dodd Group. You should not be contacted by anybody else. All home upgrades under the scheme are fully funded and you will not be asked to contribute, unless you are a landlord.
Solihull
Solihull Council has received funding from West Midlands Combined Authority to make improvements to the least energy efficient houses in lower-income areas of Solihull.
Upgrades are free for eligible residents; however, landlords must contribute towards costs.
Please note that this scheme has limited availability per year.
If funding runs out for this year, then your application will be put forward to the next year.

Only properties with an EPC rating of D or below are eligible for this scheme. You can check your EPC here if you are unsure what yours is. If your property does not have an EPC, it might be possible for one to be arranged for you, free of charge, during the application process. This is, however, depending on funding availability.
As well as having an EPC of a D or below, only households located in the below areas are eligible to apply at this time.
For those residents that do not fall within the above areas, we will keep your expression of interest on hold and if additional funding becomes available in your area, then we will let you know.
