Are you a Warwick District homeowner?

Interested in creating a warmer, more comfortable home with lower carbon emissions and energy bills but don’t know where to start?

We’re here to help! 

We offer FREE, impartial one-to-one retrofit advice for those who are able and willing to invest in upgrading the energy efficiency of their home.

Referral to specialist retrofit contractor for a Home Energy Plan and project support if required.

Speak with our Retrofit Advisor about:  

Insulation, ventilation, heating systems, renewable technologies
Low-cost DIY options through to whole house retrofit
Referral to contractors for installation and project planning
Grants and finance
Thermal imaging
Signposting to case studies and community groups
All our Retrofit Advisors have completed Level 3 qualifications in Domestic Retrofit Advice with further training in Energy Awareness and Renewable Technologies.

Eligibility

• Be willing and able to self-invest in energy efficiency home upgrades.
• Own and live in your home within an eligible postcode area of Warwick District.

Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), you could get a £7,500 grant to cover part of the cost of replacing fossil fuel heating systems with a heat pump or biomass boiler.
