Since the lockdown as a response to Coronavirus organisations have had to adapt to how they provide their normal services and interact with clients. While much of Act On Energy’s activities have continued as usual we have had to make changes to face to face advice sessions and home visits as a result of the ongoing pandemic.

To continue our home visits during the lockdown period we’re conducting Virtual Home Visits through our freephone advice line; discussing energy saving advice with residents as and when needed. These are longer phone calls than usual owing to the more in depth nature of a home visit and if busy we will agree with you when we will call.
