The Local Authority Delivery Scheme (LADS) aims to raise the energy efficiency of low-income and low EPC rated homes, including those living in the lowest quality of off-gas grid homes. The ultimate objective of the scheme is to deliver progress towards reducing fuel poverty, the phasing out of high carbon fossil fuel heating and the UK’s commitment to net zero by 2050.

Local authorities have each bid for funding to pay for a range of energy efficiency measures which you could qualify for. Households which are eligible can benefit from the installation of measures which can reduce and prevent heat and energy loss in the home, reduce fuel bills, as well as support switches to renewable sources of energy.

Find out if your local council has been awarded funding and if you could be eligible HERE.

Please be aware that this scheme has now closed – however a new energy efficiency grant is becoming available shortly, if you are interested please check back with us at a later date.
